[Resolved]  Tskhadi — Received cheap imitation sarees, no way to return and get refund

Their website advertised Banarasi sarees that I bought but what I received were cheap imitations of the same which don’t look like they are even worth half the price I paid for them. One of the sarees was in damaged condition even. They don’t give their complete address on the website so there is no way to return. They don’t respond on the phone contact given when inquiring about a return pick up.

After multiple enquiries and threatening to raise a credit card dispute, they arranged for a return pickup. Even after 20 days of receiving the return they didn’t initiate a refund. I told them and also started the credit card dispute process at my end. Finally I received the refund.
