I had purchased sarees worth Rs 5850. One product was missing while other products were of substandard quality. I returned the product and asked for a refund. After multiple attempts to contact them, they have not returned the money. Their website and online account are not available as well today. Their phone number is out of service. Absolutely fraud company.

Purchased Premium Linen Tissue Saree worth Rs. 2559 from tskhadi.com on Dec 8 2020. Order Id: TK1775286. I received a GST invoice for the purchase with the following details of the company.

The order was delivered to me on 13 Dec 2020. Since I was not satisfied with the product I initiated a return request and the shipment was picked up from me on 31 Dec 2020 via Delhivery logistics with Tracking ID[protected].
I received a confirmation through logistics partner that the product had reached the seller. After which followed up multiple times for the refund and was told to wait for some link, which never came. Eventually the numbers were not reachable and then disabled.
The website, Instagram, Pinterest and other links for this business are non-functional and so are the telephone numbers used to communicate.

It's been 7 months since the product was returned due to poor quality and yet I haven't received the refund. Within this time frame, they changed the contact no twice and no reply received on mail too...and now even the website is not available.

I order one saree online from your company approx 2 month back & which was delivered to me by giving cash to delivery boy.

But the material of Saree was not so good & I return back to company by got assurance that your payment will be return to my bank account.

But the amount of Rs. 1700/- is not credit in my account till today.

So I request u to send my payment as earliest as possible.

After that when I asked for return they said the refund will be given after 20. days.
It's been 4 months now no refund is received

Shipped defective product and not processing the return even after numerous reminders.

I have returned 2 saress and they have never returned my money (Rs.5300), very bad service, i never recommend anyone to buy from this site.

I have purchased a saree worth rupee 2600 from tskhadi. Because i did nt find that good quality i returned that and the company promised me to refund in 20 days after pickup. But even after one month my refund is not being done. Now the company is not responding my emails their numbers, customer care numbers are not working or going switch off. I found that this company is a big cheater and fraud. It runs his business from doing frodgery with customers. All complaints about this company on various platform are regarding fraud and not refunding amount. I want to as much defame and dislike we can spread about this company to escape new customer before traping in its fake promises. Even i had registered a complaint in consumer forum and soon i will file a case in consumer court, i expect from this channel if it will be helpful to making my money refund by any possible effort. This tskhadi is the most fraud website i have come acrossed first time in online shopping experience.

I have purchased a saree form the website. I received a cheap quality saree and returned it but they haven’t refunded the amount at all.

We ordered a product from https://www.tskhadi.com/ but they delivered wrong product and then we spoke to them and they said to return the product and they will do the refund. But after repeated calls and follow-ups they are not responding. We have paid them Rs.2000 which we have lost.

Return picked up, and no refund yet, I lost 1665/-, they are not responding in calls, mails, what's app..they are fraud, selling road side garments, cheating many people taking back the products and not giving refund. No telephone or communication working after returns. Road side beggers

Fraud company created to cheat people.They taken the return since more than 1 month still they have not initiated my refund.i have emailed, called and also pinged through whatsapp, no response.Even they have set some automatic message for customer, so customer can't reach them.I request the customers not to buy anything from here.nonsence people .they dont even know how to talk and behave.fraud fraud and fraud.

Tanhai wrongly delivered saree order n.#TK, , 1781426.saree returned on 9 feb 2021.dispite assurance no refund of money.

I ordered a product from Tskadi and sicne the quality was very poor, i had returned the product. Inspite of following up for the last 3 months, i did not get the money back. The worst part is their so called "customer servce". They are not even bothered to attend to the problem. Every single time i call, they have one same answer that they will credit the money back in a week. They have been so harsh and at one point of time, they will not credit back the money and do what i want.

Such a mess they are!!

I purchased a saree. The product arrived in 9 days. There was a return window of 3 days. I immediately tried to return the product as soon as i received it because the product was of cheap quality. I am not able to return as the order is not showing up in my order history. There is no customer care number available and chat window on website is not working.

Their sarees are pathetic. Had to return it and they are refusing to refund my money. It's been 4 months now. when i ask when will I receive my money, they talk rude to me and slam the call on my face. Tskadi, you will never grow your business like this. You are going down. You have cheated so many customers and they all might be cursing you. Have shame on yourself. You guys are pathetic. Anyway God is judging you.

I ordered a saree from this site and found it was not good quality product so returned the same on 18th Dec. Since then I am regularly calling them, massaging on whatsapp and even sending them emails. They are not responding to my emails and on phone they assure me refund within next 3/4 working days, which is not happening. This site looks fake as I come across lot of similar complaints of this company TSKhadi

Product quality was poor. Refusing to respond. When finally after repeated attempts, was able to a very arrogant customer care executive. When i asked him about the 120 rs deduction, he was threatening me, telling to keep the parcel with me. The sari was picked up be their delievry partner who refused to record a video of packaging which was mandatory as per return terms. The sari cost me 1850/-

I had ordered a saree on the website and was not happy with the product hence had placed a return request and was picked from the team on 8th Dec 2020 however have not heard from them till date. They are not responding to calls nor replying to messages. Please let me know is there an option to get by amount refunded

Was not satisfied with the quality of product so placed a return. I got the return slip and the product was returned to Tskhadi. Its been 2 months but there is no refund of amount. When I call customer support I just get the answer that it will be refunded next week and its been 2 months now.

The refund and return policy is very pathetic of tskhadi. Please do not pay in full when you order from them. I had ordered a saree which I wanted to return. There was no reply from tskhadi to acknowledge the return request. After multiple followups they finally placed a return request. The Saree was picked by them on 23rd oct and I am still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is pathetic, they never respond to any emails, whtsapp messages or do they answer the phone.
I regret my decision to purchase from tskadhi. highly disappointing.

We ordered a saree from this site costing around 5000 rs and the product we received didnt match the photograph at all and we returned it on oct 5th 2020. ince then we are following up with them constantly and they are not refunding the money.

Teja and Swati reddy are runnign a scam here.. can someone suggest what shoudl we do ?

Ordered a saree and delivered was imitation and was different saree. When called asked me to whatzapp all details and then they stopped lifting my calls.

Their website advertised Banarasi sarees that I bought but what I received were cheap imitations of the same which don’t look like they are even worth half the price I paid for them. One of the sarees was in damaged condition even. They don’t give their complete address on the website so there is no way to return. They don’t respond on the phone contact given when inquiring about a return pick up.

The product was returned back due to bad quality . The refund has not been initiated by the seller .

I ordered a Saree for 1350 on the tskhadi website on 24th September 2020. Expected date of delivery was within one week. But I haven't received the item till now. There is no delivery tracker and no update from their side regarding my order. Messages and emails were not responded to. Customer service Helpline number is not picked up. Totally disgusted
