Tslprb — Payment done but can't apply and shows payment not success

I have done the payment but shows not success eventhough the money debited from bank. It doesn't show any form to fill and directly taken me to home page. Please check and refund my money. I have to apply for the post and only one day left. Please reply ASAP.
