Yesterday at 7.45 pm i was driving my car in pipleline raod on road near new bel road bangalore. The driver of bullet, vehicle no. (Ka 04 jj 3887) was drunk and driving very rash. No helmet and speaking vulgerly on public... And he never use helmet while driving. As it from many time observed around pipleline road of ms ramiah college.
