Ttc — help me to get back my phone.

While i was travelling from lungabakkam to beach station[protected] at 8;40. I mistakenly enter in the first class with general ticket, so the ttc caught me from park station and ask for fine but at that time i din't have enough money and ttc took away my phone (Simple nokia but all important no. Are there and i have register my no. With my work). Today[protected] i try calling him but he switch of the phone. I complain in beach station and park station but they are not willing to help.

Any suggestion "what should i do".
Please help me.
