Dear sir,
I - m sridhar - made a ticket booking to tirumal tour on 18/7/19 on line
But the amount of rs 1650 got debited and the ticket i did not receive it.
I am waiting for 4 days but no far no sms or information about the refund.
Hence kindly look into the matter and do the needful
I booked on icici credit card on 18/7 at 5 15 pm. Amount rs 1950/-
