TTS Recruiters — fraud tts recruiters in kolkata

Tts recruiters are a job consultant located in kolkata. They promised me as per the attached receipt that i would get interview calls and got me registered for rs700. But its been more than 4 months now, they have neither arranged interview calls but they promised me that if they are not given any interview call
So that they refund my money (Rs-700). But, now they are not receive my ph[protected],[protected]. They are very smart. They are playing student emotions. So that i want to refund my money from tts recruiters. So, i don't know what to do?
