TUI — delayed flight

My family and i flight was from birmingham to jamaica on the 28th of march at 8:45am. After an hour in our journey we was told the plane had to do a emergency landing in london because a window was broken. We had to wait at gatwick airport until 2pm. This was a very stressful experience for my family and i as i was travelling with a 13 weeks old baby. I go on holiday every year, this is my first time travelling tui and i am very disappointed. Upon arriving montego bay airport in jamaica our transport to kingston had to book in a hotel because we were so many hours delayed which cost myself and my partner.
Coming back from jamaica on the 10th of april was another unfortunate experience upon check in one of our suit case got misplace and i had to accompany a tui member of staff to identify my suitcase also our flight coming back from jamaica was 2 hours delayed. Our journey there and back was a very frustrating an miserable experience.
My resolution to this experience is some form of compensation.
