I am very disappointed in your service i booked a flight from palma to bournemouth and then realised i had made a mistake the following day. I tried to call sunday the lines were busy then system was down then the call centre closed early as a sunday. I am please requesting a refund (Would have been within the 24 hours should your system worked) and now 2 days later they are refusing. I want this escalated please as find this very poor customer service as a regular customer i would expect a refund. Was this information helpful? |
