When we arrived at the hotel the milnibus dropped us at the bottom of a steep slope saying they could not drive up there. Other more mm in used, cars, lorries negotiated the slope with ease.
We had to drag all the baggage, herd the five young children up the slope in the heat without any help. No rep came with us to book us into the hotel to ensure all was well.
The info the rep gave us at the meeting next day was all wrong, she was supposed to have local knowledge.
On departure we again had to struggle down the slope with the baggage and children without any help to the local bus stop in the blistering heat to wait for the coach to the airport which was 30 minutes late.
So what is the point of tui? Researching on the net it would have been a lot cheaper to book a cheap flight and hire a taxi from the airport. Was this information helpful? |
