I have given 22000Rs. of cheque in last week of February 2016 for travel to bankgkok pataya phuket krabi tour to tui fro mid July.
In last week of march 2016 due to change in the dates of Exam of mds following supreme court decision I have approached to cancel the ticket. staff Change i.e. who has taken my booking left the job. Branch Manager ahmedabad has told me I will inform you by mail about cancellation policy. He has not informed within week so I again personally go and manager as well as her support staff has not inquired till that date.
On that date they have inquired and told me you will get Rs. 2000 back from 20000rs. and we deduct Rs. 20000 out of the same for hotel and air ticket.
not proper consumer friendly policy because I have cancelled the whole program in March 4 months before the date of journey with commitment to re schedule still deducted Rs. 20000. Was this information helpful? |
