TUI — travel money

I ordered lira through your branch at newton aycliffe county durham

On my first visit to the shop it had not been ordered and it was explained to me that they had not wrote the order down, this was not a problem as i was not traveling until the 02.09.18 so i re-ordered for collection today 23.8.18

I went in today to be told they could not get any lira in for me and the girl although she was very nice explained to she saw notes in the diary that the girl who took my order in the first place had forgot to place the order and processed this on the day i came in to collect.
I travelled to collect the lira today and a simple text message would have been nice to say it was not in.
She then advised the travel card which i agreed and went ahead with the order, she took my card payment of £750.00 and then told me after this that i was not on the electoral voting so my order was declined and then said it would take 3/4 days to get the money i had just paid back into my account.
1st should you not be checked everything is ok prior to taking payment
2nd i would like this money back into my bank today as i can not afford to ait 4/5 working days.

I think this customer service is not to satisfaction for not only existing customer but also for people booking though you for the first time.

Please get back to asap
