TUI — tui airline and kervansaray hotel in marmaris

We were on a flight from Manchester tom706 to marmaris on the 10th june.
x2 customers were drunk at Manchester airport had to be taken away by airport sercurity this was 2hrs before take off .when we were called to board
are plane these to where by are gate they were on are flight .they as they
tried to get on are plane they where escorted of the plane.

we then boarded the plane and sat down the plane .at this point the two people
tried to get back on still drunk the airplane staff tried to get them of this put use
45 mins late taking of the to people were kicked of the plane

the hotel was a nice hotel food not bad but the room service was very poor
in the 7 days we were there they didn't change are bedding at all .didn't brush up didn't make second bed .didn't brush \ mop bathroom in all room service poor,
return flight from marmaris tom 707. due to take of at 00.20 .we didn't take off till 01.33 due to ? we were never told . they only came round once with tea and coffee . so in all very late getting back to Manchester.
this is are first time fling with tui and I think are last
