Hi there I am living in UK bought this sarees online, Tulsi Silks evidently very cheating and fraudulent retailer who failed to deliver the goods and finally found out the fEDEX they were using wrongly delivered to some one else, FedEX finally accepted their mistake and they confirm that they will refund the money to Tulsi Silks, however Tulsi Silks not responded to my emails at all. They have not refunded my money for the lost goods.
This is another online cheating and Fraudulent company don't know about the products they sell, as i never had received them at all. Be aware of if things goes wrong these people not both to take charge of it eventually they wanted customers to loose money. I had all the email evidences will reach to Legal system in India to file the case against them..

I had a very bad experience with Tulsi silks as well. The saree i bought for 8000 rs was looking faded out in the sunlight and i went within 24 hours with all tags and folds intact and said I want to get my money back as I didn't like any saree that was currently available. The manager started shouting and says I have to read the fine print. He wishes to give me a credit note. I denied and insisted that I am not sure that i would like a saree within the stipulated period and he says I have to read the fine print in the bill.
I paid by card and was not expecting a cash refund at all and also expected that the staff should let me know that there is no refund at the time of buying as I was in doubt even when I was buying about the colour, if my daughter will like it.
They wont let me whats app it and I respected that. All i said was I should be informed about the refund just as they promptly inform about rules without the customer asking them eg the whats app rule. I was in doubt but the staff convinced me to take it and there would be no problem.
The manager was so arrogant when he spoke to me with so much disdain. The entire store in trained in bamboozling customers into buying things that they are unsure of because of their pompous behavior when the customer is in doubt.
He was talking about being so great and giving off my money as charity. But the fact is he gave me a credit note. This shows that he is doing no charity, but he is living off our charity making 10 times margin from each saree and setting up a plush shop with the customers money and acting high and mighty to the very customer he is feeding off.
i didn't yet reveal my true identity, as they very judgmental about customers who are not satisfied with the products. I wish that other customers be alert about the attitude before and after buying their sarees.
These days even online shops and even bigger shops are very courteous and cordial to every customer with even a small purchase. and returns and refunds. The condescending attitude and arrogance displayed and mental harassment given to the customers is not in line with a good services and goods industry.
I am not happy that I have to take some saree whether i like it or not in the next few months.
Let me see what the next experience is with this shop and will take the appropriate course of action. Even as they are making a lot of money with the exorbitant prices, they lack the least courtesy to talk to customers who are paying through their nose (unless it is unaccounted money) for their stuff.
