I ordered a Poly Silk Multicolor Printed Saree from TulsiTrendz, which is an online apparel store. The product was delivered to me on 3rd July 2017, which turned out to be a wrong one- A suit piece instead of the saree I ordered. Since then, the payment status on their online portal appears to be pending, since it was a Cash on delivery parcel. The official address of this online apparel store is TULSI TRENDZ, 541, Opposite Jain Deraser, Near Mehta Petrol Pump Katargam, Surat, Gujarat, 395004. Their customer care no: [protected] and Email Support: tulsitrendz.[protected]@gmail.com offer no replies, despite several attempts of contacting them via phone or mail. The price of the order No.6279 was Rs. 864 for which I wish to initiate a refund as soon as possible.
