In reference to the above subject please refer my order no. [protected] placed at https:/secure. Ccavenue.com on wed, 14.06.2017, ref no. [protected] and received order confirmation mail. The payment of rs. 10340/- was made through state bank of india, bank ref # igabmajhw3. I have confirmed from ccavenue payment gateway and sbi and come to know that you have got/ received the amount of rs. 10340/-, but till date i have not received my ordered material and you are not responding my any mail send to you in your mail id : tulsitrendz.[protected]@gmail.com, also i tried to contact you over phone[protected] but your phone is not working. Therefore it is requested to kindly deliver my order at the earliest or refund my money immediately latest by 21.07.2017, otherwise police case will be launched against you and for which only you will be responsible.
