I had ordered 3 sarees through the site with prepaid cash transfer on 25th june 2017. my order number #5050. immediately after cash transfer i got an email with confirmation of the order. Until 5th July i received no further updates on the order like shipping or packing details. So i checked the confirmation mail for the status of my order which showed a cancellation done on 26th june. I have neither cancelled it or have i received any cancellation email from the site nor a refund of the cash. I sent a mail to the customer care email id asking for the clarification on the same day. I received no response till 7th. So i resent the mail on 7th. again no response but on 8th i got one of the items from my order but it was a salwar material. I had previously mentioned that my order comprises of sarees. The invoice says saree but the product has been wrongly packed. I have notified through mail. no response until now. Their contact number seems invalid(thats what i get to hear when i call the number). Please check if the site is a valid one. Was this information helpful? |
