Hello, i ordered a bhagalpuri silk printed gown worth rupees 899/_ But they delivered a cheap saree in georgette material. I send a complain e-mail on the tulsi trendz website for the refund money or exchange the product but no response and the customer service no. Is always not reachable. It's fake n fraud website. I bought a dress from this website. The way it was shown and the thing which I received was totally different and in the worst condition. The dress Quality is simply very cheap. I need my money back. They are not replying over the mail. This is just the way of fraud. Please help. i wasted 864/- on this.
