Tulsi Trendz — Wrong Order | |||||
I had ordered 3 Set of kurtis worth 999 inr plus Rs. 65 shipping charges on 1st july 2017.on 5th july 2017 i recive a parcel from FEDEX courier, and i paid rs. 1065 cash as per my order amount.After opening the parcel i was so shocked as i recieved wrong product, which was an unstiched suit and when i tried calling customer care no: [protected], number is not reachable and even after refund email to tulsitrendz.[protected]@gmail.com there is no response received. Kindly help. Looks like its a fraud website. i am trying to reach their support center by email/phone but there is no response my order no. is #6110. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Kindly register a complaint with the consumer forum of India. I lodged a complaint yesterday. Let us teach these cheats a lesson for their life. They should be punished for robbing us.

Hi All,
The same even happened to me. I ordered for a Saree and I got a third class unstiched suit.
Had mailed in the given mail id but no response, and the Customer Care no is unreachable.
I think they are doing the same thing with everybody. Bloody Fraudster!!!
I will take this matter up to a decent level and will see how they donot make the refund...

Please file a case with national consumer forum. Let us teach them a lesson.

We have order to Two Sarees on July 5th 2017. Just now we have recd the material only one saree. But we have paid total mount Rs.1663 (ie: 2 saree amount).
And saree also mismatch material. so that i will return the saree. So kindly refund the amount Rs.1663 immediately.
I have copy to my Order details. Please action immediately and contact Me.
