I ordered a saree with tulsitrendz and they delivered a wrong product which is salwar. I am not able to contact them through customer care number as it is inactive. I have sent them mail regarding this wrong delivery. But they are not responding to emails. Unable to return the wrongly delivered product. I need refund of my money because i cannot take risk of exchange of this product.

Please register a case with national consumer forum. They should be punished for cheating us.

So sad that what was ordered and what we got is entirely different instead of gown we got lehanga and instead of saree a cheap chudi material, not even worth of any penny.If you cant send the same ordered due to out of stock or any other reason, better inform us instead of making such disappointments.
