On 4Th September 2022 I availed dry cleaning service of a carpet from Tumble dry Tollygunge unit. On 30th September 2022, they delivered the carpet in a sealed plastic wrap at doorstep. But soon after delivery and payment I found that there are still some dirt patches in the carpet and immediately I informed the matter to the vendor. He promptly assured for rewash the same after puja. After numerous follow ups, they now refuse to rewash the same. Now, I found found that the whole carpet badly got fungus patches and begin to rot. They neither wash the carpet nor did ant dry clean service. They simply cheat me. Thus they are making business and defraud the customers. Was this information helpful? |
