I gave clothes for dry cleaning at Patiala store vide order No T10064. Order was to be delivered on 17.03.2024 after 3.00 pm. On 17.3.2024 I made A call at M no [protected] at 3.38 PM to know the readiness of clothes. They informed me that they shall revert me back in 5 minutes but they not reverted. I again called at 4.07 pm. They again said the same thing. They called me at 4.13, 4.14 and 4.18 pm. My phone was busy. I again called them at 4.36pm but they did not answer my call. They sent a message at 4.51 PM but the same was deleted. I again called at 4.54 PM but of no reply. Sending message at 4.51 pm clearly proves that the shop was opened and they deliberately not picked my phone at 4.36 pm. They not delivered the clothes on 17.03.2024 which was required urgently for attending a function. My family has to attend the function in another dress and not in the dress given for dry cleaning. Not delivering the clothes on time is deficiency in service, for which action against the dealer needs to be taken.
Further manager present at the store also misbehaved with us by saying that fifty persons like us do come daily for such type of complaints. It means that fifty persons are complaining daily against the dealer. Complaint book was also not provided to me for lodging a complaint.
