I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your tumble dry service. I have encountered a significant issue that has not been addressed, despite my repeated attempts to resolve it.

On 1st of Dec 24, I entrusted my clothes to your service for tumble drying. However, when I received my items back, I found that my clothes had been exchanged with those of another customer. This issue was noticed...

I gave clothes for dry cleaning at Patiala store vide order No T10064. Order was to be delivered on 17.03.2024 after 3.00 pm. On 17.3.2024 I made A call at M no [protected] at 3.38 PM to know the readiness of clothes. They informed me that they shall revert me back in 5 minutes but they not reverted. I again called at 4.07 pm. They again said the same thing. They called me at 4.13, 4.14 and 4.18 pm. My phone was busy. I again called them at 4.36pm but they did not answer my call. They sent a message at 4.51 PM but the same was deleted. I again called at 4.54 PM but of no reply. Sending message at 4.51 pm clearly proves that the shop was opened and they deliberately not picked my phone at 4.36 pm. They not delivered the clothes on 17.03.2024 which was required urgently for attending a function. My family has to attend the function in another dress and not in the dress given for dry cleaning. Not delivering the clothes on time is deficiency in service, for which action against the dealer needs to be taken.
Further manager present at the store also misbehaved with us by saying that fifty persons like us do come daily for such type of complaints. It means that fifty persons are complaining daily against the dealer. Complaint book was also not provided to me for lodging a complaint.
Please make an enquiry and action against the manager be taken under intimation to me.

I gave a heavy saree for dryclean and i in return i received colourd saree and when i raised a complain they denied first that it was not their fault later i asked to pay for my saree then they denied first & later they said they will give only 5 times of dryclean amnt i denied to take that little penny, , , really very disapointed by service, , , kindly refund my amnt

I gave my jacket which was completely new .. it was the first wash of my jacket.. they used some chemicals on my jacket and because of tht the colour got faded and also left patches on the jacket and in return they refunded half of the amount of the jacket..

I gave my clothes for laundry with a count of 39. Only 38 products were returned. I’ve asked about the pyjama with pineapple print to delivery guy and manager but nobody has taken care of the matter. I tried calling the service but seemingly one number doesn’t work and the other never gets picked up by executives.

The worst laundry service ever i had they have damaged my cloth and there have been like 20 days above they are not giving my clothes and asking for extra payment also....
