I am writing to formally request that you please shut down your store or take back franchise located in the Bhayli area, on Vasna Bhayli Road.
1). I had given my curtains for service, and your staff first sent my curtains to someone else's house as he don't have aware about my name and number which already earlier discussed. When it refused by other house owners then it came back to my house.
2). He don't provide me a bill, till now i had not received a bill.
3). instead of bill he just inform to courier person to take this amount without bill and i paid.
4) Before I gave the curtains, the final amount had already been decided, which included a 20% discount as this is my first order. However, upon delivery, the full amount was collected from me without applying the 20% discount and without bill.
So, where is my 20% discount? And where is my bill?
5). When I called him and told for complain about this, the person I spoke with started fighting with me, spoke in a loud and arrogant voice and rudely.
I had already call two days ago and today morning to thumbledry customer care i shall wait about my complaint status for strict action to person and my bill and my discount amount.
Let me know earliest.
