Tumbledry Laundry - Pan 08170699 — Irreparable damage to jacket Brand Stone Island after laundry

I delivered the Stone Island down jacket to the Tumbledry franchise point located in Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore.
I collected the jacket after 3 days, as instructed by your staff.
I discovered that the interior of the jacket had been completely destroyed. The natural down filling had been displaced, leaving large, completely empty areas with no insulation. The internal baffles (stitched chambers that hold the down) were broken.
The jacket was subjected to an incorrect washing process. As a result:
The natural down filling clumped together or was washed away.
Several sections of the jacket are now totally empty.
The jacket is no longer wearable and cannot provide any thermal insulation.

On 18/05, I sent a detailed email to Tumbledry explaining the situation and the extent of the damage. I have received no satisfactory response.
On 25/05 I have sent a copy of this formal complaint by certified mail to the headquarters Tumledry.

Given the severity of the damage and the fact that the jacket cannot be repaired by a standard tailor or dry cleaner, I demand the following:
Full reimbursement of the replacement value of the jacket 60, 000 INR.

I also attach documentation proving the jacket's value (original replacement cost). The difference between the 'before' and 'after' images irrefutably proves that Tumbledry destroyed my Stone Island down jacket.
