I purchased tunwal lithinoli scooter from mahalaxmi traders, dehr ke balaji, sikar road, jaipur on 6th november 2018. The dealer delivered me the vehicle on 7th november 18, with charger which was not working. He did not show me charging test, with the comment that vehicle is fully charged and after 100 km you will require charging. Same day merely after running of 9 km battery was zero. I tried to charge the vehicle but it did not work. Same day i contacted dealer, his reply was very annoying, "deepawali wale din, pareshan mat karo, kal doosra charges de doonga", he is daily commiting aaj nahi kal. From that day i am unable to ride my new bike, today dealer has promised to provide charger on 12th november night. Kindly help me how can i get the charger replaced Was this information helpful? |

The company mechanic connected the vehicle with charger for around two hours, but there was not indication of charging in the panel. At 7.30 pm today company General manager marketing/complaints contacted me he seems a reasonable person promised me to replace the vehicle. Kindly help me

On 17th November I received a 71.4 Volt 6 Amp charger. The company mechanic connected the vehicle with charger for around two hours, but there was not indication of charging in the panel. At 7.30 pm on 17th November company General manager marketing/complaints Shri Prateek Singh contacted me and promised me to replace the vehicle. Till date I am waiting for any solution.Kindly help me
Nov 22, 2018 Updated by Murli Dhar Bhagat Thanks a lot to General Manager, Tunwal Motors, who gave me new Lithino-li with microtech lithium ion battery, 60v 26AH on 21.11.2018. Yesterday I charged it and todays run was 25 kilometers without any problem. but I think charging will be required after 60-65 kilometers
