Good morning sir / mam,
This is Gurkaran singh dhupar, i am very much upset after taking your bike, which I took it in Feb[protected], since[protected] then I had a complaint about d bike, had a word with d Delar also but he dint satisfied me Nd bike dint got repaired, then got d contact no of your sales team Ashish, he is a awesome man bcz he never picked up my call, Nd after taken money and not repairing my bike d dealer told me, I don't want to repair your bike go do case of me and hence don't call me on my number
After that i got a number your Sunil sir Nd had company d same to him, so i got a call from your service gm team, but They also stop receiving my calls and stop replying to my mails ...
What shud i do
I have purchase your bike, and i do that mistake
Plz give me my refund back

Your team members have taken back d bike also frm me nd thn also failed to repair it and not even give me a single reply abt my bike
Is this how your company works
By came fraud with your customer
Please refund my money back

electric scooter lithino-li body parts, headlights, button problem

I purchased electric scooter lithino-li, the company claims about 100 millage but it is giving only 60 millage, the e scooty has a lot of defects such button problems, electric headlight problems and others. So tunwal company is not providing fully satisfaction as it claims about all, within one month charger got damage, battery problems, indicators button problem, digital meter problems.

wrong charger given by dealer with tunwal lithino li electric scooter

I purchased tunwal lithinoli scooter from mahalaxmi traders, dehr ke balaji, sikar road, jaipur on 6th november 2018. The dealer delivered me the vehicle on 7th november 18, with charger which was not working. He did not show me charging test, with the comment that vehicle is fully charged and after 100 km you will require charging. Same day merely after running of 9 km battery was zero. I tried to charge the vehicle but it did not work. Same day i contacted dealer, his reply was very annoying, "deepawali wale din, pareshan mat karo, kal doosra charges de doonga", he is daily commiting aaj nahi kal. From that day i am unable to ride my new bike, today dealer has promised to provide charger on 12th november night. Kindly help me how can i get the charger replaced
