i have been cheated by this turmatch.My tur id - 88095. I made complaint on 01 Aug 2018 on here. After two days i received a mail from Turmatch that they refund my money soon. but they didn't call me. i tried to call they customer care no but they didn't attend my call from register mobile no. if i called from another mobile number they attend my call, after i say my name they disconnected my call. After one month i again made a complaint on 11 Sep 2018. after ten days i received a mail from turmatch that they call me tommorrow. but they didn't call. i tried call they turmatch consumer numbers are switched off sangeetha [protected] saniya [protected] swetha [protected] . turmatch is not only cheating me. they are cheating many people with they false promise.kindly take necessary action against turmatch. and refund my amount Rs 35, 000 from Turmatch. i have attached

Jo ki mujhe service nhi mila. Mujhse shreya ne check depot, medical, membership, hotel charge, message cream ka lagbhag 50, 000 le liya hai aur mujhe refund nhi kiya jaa rha hai mera registerd mobile number block kr diya gya hai aur other number se krta hu to name btate hi call cut kr diya jata hai. Plese help kigye. Refund ka date usne 9 aug bola jb 9aug aaya to 9 sept ab to call hi receive krti help me. My id number 25863

As i have made first complaint on here. I received a mail from Turmatch that they will refund my Money soon.but they have not solved my complaint so far. Turmatch consumer no is not attending my call from my register mobile no. If i call someother mobile no they pick my call. After i tell my name they disconnecting my calls. Maidam ne kaha mai date nahi ker sakti mujhe cream chaiyae aap alisha mam ke pass order kariyae. Mujhe lag gaya ke maidam alisha mam ke sath milli huae hai jo mujhse payment kerne ko keh rahe hai maine payment nahi kiya.
Divya maidam ne muje galiya de. Aur kaha tum bewakoof ho.

I like to write to you that i have see turmatch on google and i registered my mail id & phone number on it. After two day one women call me from this no [protected] tell her name is swetha & saniya ([protected]) calling from turmatch.
She explain membership details & plans. From that plans i choose to pay rs 3000/-. And i have paid rs 3000/- on 17.April 2018 my transaction id n4b5feon . And she send me user id everything fine on that day.
After 2 days (19.04.2018 ) she call me and said that she has one matching profile for me. She said that her name is divya madam & her whatup no [protected]. We decide to meet. She told me that i have to pay rs 10000/- for safety code and this amount will be refunded within 24 hrs after i meet her. So i have paid rs 10000/- on 20.04.18 transaction id sx5hx5qt.

After making payment swetha madam call me said that i have pay rs 12, 500 for body massage cream (chocolate flavour )

first i paid rs 4000 on 20.04.18 transaction id 0h2akqa1 .

Second i paid rs 2000 on 21.04.18transaction id m9cuykld

third i paid rs 6000 on 24.04.18 transaction id 66lots4v

total rs 12000

overall i paid rs 22, 000
after making payment i talk to swetha madam.She told me they will delivered massage cream to vidhya madam.And i call vidhya madam decide to meet on 24.04.18 @ 7 pm. At 6.45 pm i call her to number she didnot take phone.I tryed till 10 pm she didnot take phone. Next day i called swetha madam and told she didnot take phone. She told me that she will meet after 2 days. After 2 days swetha madam told me she is in hospital. I ask her about my money rs 22, 000/ - she told me that i have to pay rs 10, 000 for new membership. I have rs 5000/ - on 02. May.2018 transaction id xzo92pht. Another rs 5, 000 on 3 may 2018 transaction id 8wy3bbo4. After that they
totally i have paid rs 35000.They promise they will give me services till 15 july 2018.After on 16 july 2018 i m trying to swetha & saniya ([protected], [protected]) they are not attending call till now.They(turmatch) has cheated me and not given me services

I paid it .through online payment to her ..she gave me the account details of her . After that she gave me a no. Her name is Supriya .and she is message me ...one day she said come to my home .I will give u sexual enjoyment .for that u have to take safety code from Shreya . I called Shreya ..she told me that for security purpose u have to pay 10000 for safety code ..I have that money also .. after payment she tells her parents came .today is not free . After that she calls me again take me massage cream for us it costs 8000 ..this time I understood the situation ..she tries to Cheat me ..I asked Shreya for payment she said after 2 months o[censored] r plan ..we will refund . .today is the last day of 2 months ..I have called her sooo many time she simply blocks my no. ...I have proofs ..and I am fileing a complaint on that company ..[protected]

Sir i have got a spam call today at 10 a. M. & he was says your product. And product are details in body massage cream & and your all beauties product. Some like as hair statner hair loss cream... Facial cream etc.

The company associate contact me on 11jun 18 for membership to provide girl for dating, chatting and physical relationship. I opted membership for rs. 2500 for three months. The given me number of one girl named divya. I contacted her and she said i will meet you tomorrow i. E. On 12jun18, i contacted her she told me you pay 10500 for safety code from company and address will be provided which is refundable. I took safety code after paying amount but i got half address. Further i contacted divya told me i will give you full address first u purchase body massage cream for me that is from same company for rupees 10500/- i realised that company and divya are having contact each other for trapping. I think i trapped. You are requested to take action.

The above management had said that they will arrange our stay at hotel ginger tree in tirupur, tamil nadu. For that they charged rs.9500 which i paid online. On the day of meeting this divya called me and said about some cream which she wanted to use. The cream value was 25000. I managed to arranged the amount and paid the money. Than this divya called and said that she is not coming for meeting. After that she never contacted me. I demanded refund of amount for cream but the management said that they have delivered the cream to divya. It's almost one month now and there is no sign of divya and cream. For past 3weeks i am trying to contact the management but they are just cooking up stories. Today the lady name kajal just disconnected my call. I want my entire money back.

Company is fully fraud, after deposition of membership money any lady talk to me, & tell me to meet me at home, I m deny to meet at home she refused to talk after that I accept then she told me to deposit security or rs 10000 first. Which was not previously told to me. & not providing any other no as per commitment that daily she will give what's app no. But now she refuse & tell 10000 should be deposit first. All r fraud...

They said money will be refund in 15working day. It's completed almost 40days.totally I paid them 14000rs

Company ne mere saath fraud kiya hai. Muje bola aap 10500 jama karwao hum hotel me aapki meeting ladki se karwate hai. Inhone paise bhi le liye or meeting bhi nahi karwayi.
