i have a complaint on the refund of my phone ordered by calling your tele- phone operator.

While placing order the disclaimer of " Refund is not possible " was not told / intimated to customer.
Spoke with several customer care & sales people all are disconnecting the phone, no one is taking responsibility to at least speak / update.
