Sir/MadamThis refers to my complaint dated 08.10.2010 against a teleshopping Company named TV Products India Pvt. Ltd, Malad, West Mumbai for non delivery of product after full realisation of payment online. I am glad to inform most thankfully that my problem has been favourably reasolved by grace of your excellent support and prompt intervention. I received my ordered product yesterday(20.10.2010) from TV Products India Pvt. Ltd., Malad, Mumbai through AFL Courier at 9-30 p.m. I am convinced that this could not have been possible without your able and timely intervention.
