Tv9 — VERY BAD SERVICE OF YELLOW CABS

I Booked a cab from Official Website of Yellow Cabs on 03 May 15 for the package of Airport to New Bowenpally for 06 May 15 timing 0915PM. I got a confirmation mail and my booking No. was 507. But on the date of journey I didn't got any SMS or mail about the car No. or driver details. After landing at Airport I tried to contact Yellow Cabs on[protected]. One the executives picked up the phone and when i gave my booking no. she first told that the booking was for the next day. When I argued she changed her statement saying Cab was already sent. Driver waited at airport for some time and he left. I spoke to he senior Mr.Sandeep, who again started making me fool saying Driver waited for me and he was in Amerpet by then. I called yellow cabs at 0935PM and my time of request was 0915PM. This is clearly concluding that Mr Sandeep was making me fool. Because of the irresponsible attitude of the yellow cabs staff my family had to wait at airport for mare than an hour for booking the prepaid taxi. This is ridiculous. Mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com
