TVS — Bills not given and Fraud billing

I have recently purchased the starcity+, they took 95000/- and didn't gave bills untill I asked them, that too they have given bills for 77000/-(Ex-showroom price+Helmet+Insurance) and I asked for a helmet because it is in the bill, they are telling all the stories. And the rest of the bills is not given.
