I am really disappointed that the TVS showroom is betraying the customers on loan functionality.
I have many relationship with many banks and I knew what is the process, Charges etc.
I have purchased a new Jupiter mh14hs2024 bike basis on loan. Please find the actual break up below.
Downpayment made to the showroom is 10505 but receipt not given, however I am having the bank statement.
In which store person called Suraj told me
Processing fee is 3689, ecs is 1000, insurance is 2116, stamp duty is 800, cibil is 900 and later I have clarified with bank and got the confirmation that charges are wrong. Please find the correct charges as 2068 is processing fee, ecs is 0, insurance is 2116, admin is 254, pre emi is 350, stamp duty is 127, other charges is 464..over all 5506.
Bike cost is 73788
Loan approved is 73788.
Amount paid to showroom is 68282
Downpayment is 10505.
Disputed amount is 2998
