Respected sir,

I had taken top up loan from the tvs credit services limited, chennai of rs.24, 000/- (Agreement no. Ap3019ut00701 dated 2/6/15.

I have paid 11 emis & 12 the is pending because of 6 cheque bounce charges rs.400/- each×6 =2400+400 (Interest to the cheque bounce charges).

I beg to your exellency to waiver all the penalty (Compound interest) of rs.3, 700/-

The total outstanding balance is rs.6, 000 (2270 june emi+ penalty charges.

I am able to pay rs.2270/-

I will pay the above amount through you & please issue the noc
