When i am buy tv using tvs Emi.they charge extra Rs 500 for card. But i am not received card till now.
When i am asked to customer care. He told me i am not eligible for card for the reason for sign mismatch.but i paid fine for the signmismatch issue. Why i not eligible for card. Why i pay for extra 500
