After i preclosed the loan, they have taken the emi for Jun month which has to be refunded.

I shared all the details already in another incident number (Incident:[protected]. The incident[protected] is still not closed & i did not get any update on that even i sent email.

I had a loan for an ACLloyd at bhusawal for which my Emi was ending at 7march which I was unable to pay at the time. I had never opted for marotorium but still I have been charged interest and nobody came for collection till 31August. But my last Emi was deducted on 15june itself.
Now since there is not my fault I can pay only cheque bounce charges and nothing else.

I'm Totally disappointment with TVS Credit. Without any notice how you seize my vehicle. How go you know my new address did hack my mobile or aadhar card server or else cibil server. Bcoz it's updated in aadhar and cibil only none know this address. They Find My House on 28th September 2022 and My Vehicle Seized on Same Day. I didn't receive any call from Seized Person before they will come.

I purchased tvs ntroq sctoor Vehicle cost 112800 I pay more than 60000 but loan amount 57000 for 15month emi amount rs 4347 i paid 6month emi due some person reson After that I Changed My residence by the mid of Aug 2022 but unable make payment past 3month(i yet not pay July - Sep) but i paid part amount 2000 now my vehicle is Seized they didn't reply properly already i paid half of the amount of vehicle also 6emi passed successful and this month i 2000 on 10th of September 2022. I had own ship of more than 60% how will they seized my vehicle. I'm Not Okay with your policy because there none give me any letter regarding this i didn't sign any documents for my vehicle seize. After Seize None answer my call they didn't give any response with me I'm worried about my vehicle.

If lesser than 40% owner ship of tvs credit right to take Vechile. Why 60% of ownership does have a right use that.

Please Please Give Me Some More Time To Repay till 15th December I Will Clear My Overdue Amount as of Now (Overall Outstanding Amount).

I Need My Vechile Back As Soon As Possible.

I'm Scared but of you people simply take my vehicle but I That Asset I had More Ownship Then You do not forget it.

After i repaid I want my vehicle back. If you play some game like this i file fraud complaint regards this because on that asset i had more own ship then you do not forget it.

I also changed my new address and it's updated on October 1st week now yet not get any letter from tvs credit. I also speek with tvs gro & sbm tvs they toll me pay entire Overdue/outstanding amount to close loan account and take your bike back.

Tve credit service are not supporting all employee and pune rison NOC require but not supporting tvs credit service and all team l legally action on tvs credit for court.

4 months moratorium taken in March 2020 cleared all emi in addition payed one extra emi now asking to pay one more emi asking details of interest incurred on 4 months they are not revealing, As per RBI guidelines taken 4 months in that took additional emi feed up of corporate lobby please request to get my NOC from TVS credit for an used four wheeler agreement no. 3009CA0009169

Balance of EMI for November 2021 to September 2022 was not auto debited.hence by on of your executive guidelines, initiated the payment through online. As soon as the loan came to closure the TVS CREDIT sent the massage of EMI balance for November 2021 to September 2022 and hence debited the EMI amount in additional to charges for late payment.

My refund of 12, 499/- for an cancelled consumer loan is not reflecting and iam paying EMI with bouncing charges for the same. My loan number is TN3007PA0005198

The worst part is that there is no customer support for TVS credit service, and only customised automatic replies received for the email complaints

I completely pay my loan in tvs credit services PVT Ltd, by 2021, still it reflect in my cibil report

My car loan was completed 3 yrs back whereas when I approached "TVS credit" for my RC I was asked to pay some outstanding amount Rs.1636/- When I asked them for clarification she offered a discount that I can pay only Rs.1000/- instead of 1636/- and the RC will be delivered at my door step in 30 days. Hence I've paid on 04/May/2022 online. Now its nearing 80days after the payment no one responds my call and all the executives who followed me for payments are resigned. On top of that I approached TVS Credit IVRS which says again that there is an outstanding amount to be settled. How cheating is this. Now I don't know where is my RC and How to get it.

I already paid my last EMI on 24th May 2022... As i was receiving call from tvs to keep balance and and got the msg from tvs that amount of 1396 recived will update in app within 48hrs but now after 3th june m getting msg that amount 1396 bounce also they charge 450 for over dues... This is a worst service i have ever seen how they are doing mal practice with their Customers

Total vehicle cost 87000 initial payment I paid 30000 but TVS credit they applied loan 75500. Now I paid one installment I check why you applied loan 75500. No proper response they SAID CALCULATE correctly. They say deduct the amount 15000 in advance emi. Why they unnecessarily they show and deduct. If they applied loan for 56000+2000 for processing fee.58000 should be loan amount after I paid one installment it show 54000 remaining amount. But they calculated loan 75500 reaming principal 60000 we need to. Why they cheated others.
