My name is krishnendu gupta resident of kkapurthala punjab take a used car loan from tvs credit service ltd. My loan agreement no. Pb3050ca0000390. Car registration no. Pb65z7569. I contact tvs credit services ltd ageant mr. Dinesh kumar of jallandhar office. My ecs should be started from 07/06/2017, and i maintained sufficient balance in my bank account. But due to wrong proceeding by the tvs agent ecs cutting not done, my amount of installment is rs/- 5772, when i try to pay it online payable amount shows rs/-5845. I have not responsible this non payment, so why i pay penalty for non payment/ it is illegal cause of harassment for genuine customer.
