Sir, I have taken a Cellphone on EMI (Loan id No. 300CD0094847) for which I am to pay an amount of Rs. 2587 on the 3rd (date) of every month till Aug 2021. I am maintaining sufficient amount for paying the EMI in my account no. Though there was sufficient amount in my account the company i.e. you people did not deduct the amount in time, instead, I was informed through SMS that, as[protected] was a holiday the amount will be deducted within next 2 working days. Eventhen I did not wait for those 2 days and I paid the EMI online vide reference No.[protected]IGAKEQTHF4 0n 04.01.2021. But your your company mistakenly has deducted an amount of Rs. 295 as penalty on 05.01.2021 citing the reason that Mandate Fail Charge.
