TVS Credit Services Ltd — Your irresponsibility

Hi sir,
I'm a your customer
My name is Pydiraju,
My loan number is AP3075A0004096

I apply the moratorium at April to August but your service did four checkbounes in September and one checkbounes in October this is not fair to your customer.
But you took EMI September and October also and you cut checkbounes also
I'm very disappointed to your service tvs credit.
Because of you only I loose my cible score and I loose the home loan process also it's very important loan to my life.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*
Last two months I went your tvs credit branch, they didn't response to my problems and they don't give any information to moratorium and checkbounes. it's very very bad your service and you lost the customers also.
If my moratorium is not applyed you should not give any information from call and message also still the present also they didn't give any information it's very very *RECKLESSNESS* to your service.
Because of this bad service I send this mail

It is not a request it is a order from your customer please retify my problem.
