[Resolved]  TVS — Denial of free service of my tvs apache RTR 180 bike

I have been repeatedly denied complementary free service for my bike Apache RTR 180 (DL 11 SF 1505 ) since last week. My service book was misplaced and I found it 15 days back. I took it to the service centre (Rajput TVS, A-3, G.T. Karnal Road, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi ) on 12th September 2014, and even took the issue with the customer care ( Complaint no. - 43839 ) but there has not been any response yet. It would be appreciated if I could be granted the remaining 2 free services as promised before. Thanks. Mahendra Sankhla [protected]
