I have raised a complaint Against my Laptop issue .. but they came to my location after 5days .
Then they told first it’s a mother bored problem . then told charging and RAM problem . even they did not changed it also. then they went .. After 2 days they came and told it’s a touch pad issue I have to change even I have that bills also where it is mentioned that touch pad need to replace . then I called to that main office and asked why your not changing my laptop touch pad . then they said liquid failed down i asked that person that day your people didn't told me like this, but I asked what is the proof of that . then they cut the call and I continuously called that care they did not picked up and I tried to call that manager numbers also but no answer, . Before some day they sent a mail that I have to pay more then 5k- . Even my laptop has 8 months warranty period . I asked HP care why you people send me the bill .. and in that bill also some charges are there . But I said dear I have warranty . They said I have to pay or else they cant do anything . If someone having warranty why he should go for chargeable things.
Please help me out even this is my new laptop .before 5 months i bought .
