We have purchased two nos. of thermal printer, now from 2 months both the printer having issues or not working so for the same we have logged the complaint but after passing approx 2 months there is no response from the TVS, no person comes to the site to attend the issue, no call from TVS customer care even after mailing 10 times the condition is same... NO RESPONSE...!!
What kind of behaviour it is???

But we have purchased 3month before . and try to take a remedy for it we have try to claim but we did not get any reply from your side . and I am unsatisfied with your service.

Issue was first registered on sat, 8 aug, 11:04
After 12 days service center technician visited the house and said that part is a physical damaged and cannot be covered under warranty. We tried to explain them that there was no such action, but still they insisted that its a physical damage.
We couldn't argue as it was effecting my kid's online classes, i have paid the amount that they quoted 24, 226.23 on sep 2, 2020.
Attaching the quotation from the company and my payment to the company.
They acknowledged that they received money on the same day sep 2, 2020.
Till now they did not give a call or update on when the part will be replaced.
As per their quotation statement
7) if the quoted parts are not in stock, it will take 2-3 weeks to get those parts from the date of receipt of your written approval.
Its now 4th week, and today morning when we called them they are saying it will take 4 more weeks.
They knew this update, but still not given a call to us or bothered to inform us.
I wrote the emails to many people in that service center, but of no use.
Please help us in this regards.

I have raised a complaint Against my Laptop issue .. but they came to my location after 5days .
Then they told first it’s a mother bored problem . then told charging and RAM problem . even they did not changed it also. then they went .. After 2 days they came and told it’s a touch pad issue I have to change even I have that bills also where it is mentioned that touch pad need to replace . then I called to that main office and asked why your not changing my laptop touch pad . then they said liquid failed down i asked that person that day your people didn't told me like this, but I asked what is the proof of that . then they cut the call and I continuously called that care they did not picked up and I tried to call that manager numbers also but no answer, . Before some day they sent a mail that I have to pay more then 5k- . Even my laptop has 8 months warranty period . I asked HP care why you people send me the bill .. and in that bill also some charges are there . But I said dear I have warranty . They said I have to pay or else they cant do anything . If someone having warranty why he should go for chargeable things.
Please help me out even this is my new laptop .before 5 months i bought .

It's printer rp 3150 star model... Driver and setup related problem so i call customer care support... Unho ne anydesk add manga aur fir kafi der jhatne ke bad kaha ke sir yeh hardware problem hai to mujhe mere district ke service center wale ka no. De diya gya... Q k product ki warranty khatm ho chuki thi... Me uske pass le gya iske 2hours apne pass printer ko rakha mujhe call karke bulaya aur kaha service karni thi okay ho gya hai 500rs...

The service engineer visited the site office check msp 240 tvs dot matrix printer 80 col. He is mentioned in the reports tractor unit is physically damage it is not cover under warranty. This product is very low quality, i have check personally but their no any where physically damaged. But tvs msp service engineer not cover under warrantee

I would like to inform you that we already replace tvs keyboard one time earlier due to key not working properly after received the new keyboard again the problem i am facing the key of keyboard automatically replacing from the keyboard so i request you to please change the keyboard.

I am antony roy.. i had sme screen problem on my redmi phone.. I had given it for service at the ravipuram service centre in cochin.
On 29-.06-2016. @6 pm i went to collect the same as per the sms . I was treated with abusive words and unethical behaviour they threw the paper on my face..the lady sitting in counter 2 .I request you to kindly take care of this issue. I have freinds who have had similar issues at your service centre kindly dont encourage people to curse at your goodwill.

Samsung mobile service, puducherry - not complaid - irresponsible activities

I have been using a samsung mobile "GT-S5303" for past 2 years, now i was suffering from following issues 1) battery discharges within 30 minutes without any usage 2) mobile gets heated while charging 3)mobile data, wi-fi get ON automatically. so i approached the "Samsung mobile service center, Pondicherry" on 24.12.2015 at 5 pm. They asked me to wait and at 5.30 pm they asked me to write my name on a register and again asked me to wait for sometime. I have been waiting till 6.30 pm (almost one hour after registering my name), no response from samsung team, I approached the person on counter no.1, he told me to visit counter no.3, the lady on counter no.3 told me to visit counter no.2, they were irresponsible to attend my complaint. so i asked them about their chief officer, they said " Mr.Senthil " he is the chief officer, they told me to wait further and Mr.Senthil will attend your complaint. Mr.Senthil didn't came out of his room. so again i visited counter no.3 and told my problem, without even touching the mobile she said "repair cost will be around Rs.4000/-", and i asked what is the problem in my mobile, she said may be circuit board will be damaged so they will change the entire circuit board, i asked them whether they can replace the damaged part alone, without testing my mobile they said they will only change the entire circuit board only, and i asked i[censored] change the entire circuit board will the problem in my mobile will be solved completely. They said, they will not give any guarantee .
1) They don't know how to treat a customer
2) They were not service engineers, they are Astrologers who can tell the problem
without even touching the mobiles.
3) They don't give any guarantee for their service, and i have to spend my Rs.4000 like
gambling
I am disappointing about your service, please treat your customer with some basic manners.Pl do need full.

Hi I am really sorry for the subject mentioned above,
My Self iam Karthik Customer relationship manager from Honda, India
Iam Using HTC One mobile from past 1.5 years last two weeks back, my phone as got hanged, when receiving the phone calls, later i was not able view the menu screen, But i was able to receive, calls, sms.whats app, Facebook notifications,
I had Given my phone to TVSE service centre Jayanagar 4th block bangalore, They informed me phone needs to flashed, need 3 days of time, i was surprised by listen the word 3 days, for flashing need 3 days of time, Ohh god,
I have not a call from service after my phone was ready,
My self i had directly visited the service centre, then they have informed me our phone is ready Please wait for 30 mins, Again surprised
Ok Lets come to the Topic,
When i am receiving phone back it was in 0% percent charge,
When i inserted sim card network was not available, IMEI Number was not visible,
Again visited the service centre regarding the issue,
They took 1hr time, & Informed me Your phone mother board as corrupted, need to change the mother board it cost 14000/-again surprised,
Later I have Contacted Mr.Senthil kumar TVSE service centre incharge, Chennai,
After calling him, later they have agreed they will the change the mother board in Foc,
But ever day iam calling them 10 to 15 times to know status of mobile phone, They pick the call once, always same reply will let you know evening or tomorrow its already 13days over,
Finnaly today morning Mr.Naveen branch in charge had informed me that Mother board no stock, needs some more time.
Q;- Such big company will not have stock,
Please solve my issues as soon as possible,

Dabas has joined Aakash Institution (Pitampura centre) for coaching of IIT-JEE 2016 on 12 Jun 2015 in IG-1 Section
vide Roll No. 84760. They promises me, if my son will allot a seat in the
current year 2015, than they will refund my paid amount after deduction of
Rs.5, 000/-. But during first week of Aug
2015 he allotted seat and got admission at DTU (DCE) New Delhi in B Tech as per
his JEE (Main) rank for the year 2015. On
03 Aug 2015, I applied to withdraw the admission from Aakash instn and refund
my fee which is already paid by me. But
Aakash instn neither refund the fee which was already paid by me not given anything in writing
about not refunding my fee amount.
However the one self style branch manager Mr Himanshu Dhawan told me that as per their instructions they
have not refund any fee as and when classes is joined by students. Mr Himanshu Dhawan further told me that “
your admission fee as well as the first instalment of tuition fee will not be
refunded and we not given anything in writing to you, if you have any problems
you can take legal action against my institutions, we are also have a lot of qualified
advocates.” I am serving soldier of the
Country. The behavior of Mr Himanshu Dhawan is not upto the mark. Either he should refund my money which is
already paid by me otherwise he should give reasons to me in writing. This is not a problems with me. The Aakash Instn is also holding so many amounts
in r/o some other persons. It is very shameful for this Instn. It is
a second picture of Aakash institution which is not known by the common man. I will fight it till its conclusions against
Aakash institutions. I will knock the
door of Hon’ble justice of Law as well as started a resolution for social boycott
of Aakash Institution. Hence, I hereby doing the first appeal to
all dedicated persons of India to please support me against the such type o[censored]nbelievable

we purchase TVS printer Sr. no-LB048D035705 month of Jan 2013. first of all I would like to inform that your product is not up to market stranded over above your customer care person do not take to the customers.on 25.07.2013 at 11.00 hrs I forwarded complaint but till date & up to 17.45 hrs no action has been taken. If you are providing this type of good service I don't think some body will purchase your product.

Sir,
The need to complain to you is due to delayed and repeatitive problems in Printers purchased from the entioned company.
We ave purchased 5 RP-45 printers and are using them since long but after some time it starts printing junk charecters on asking i was told that there is a poblem with the motherboard, which needs to be changed, now out of 5 printers 4 are completly dead and are not getting repaired for past 1 month. On constant inquery the reply is the motherboard needs to be changed when will it happen is a suspense for us.
