I had an issue with my latest purchase of HP laptop ENVY series. The mousepad was damaged basically. I complained last Monday but they sent a rude technician to my home and that guy was a completely abusive and irresponsible person. Then I complained again in the Hp customer care centre for another technician but they never sent any again. It's been more than a week. I purchased my laptop on 02/09/2023 and I complained to them regarding damage on 04/09/2023. These people are so bad, that I'm calling even the regional manager and mailing him but there's absolutely no response. It seems like they encourage people to be rude abusive and irresponsible. And once the item is sold they don't even bother to look at the problems the customer is facing.
I would like to have a complete Refund for this dumb laptop they gave me. And they can take back this laptop.
