TVS Electronics Ltd — Horrible service that my mobile had.

I went to the TVS electronics Ltd service centre at egmore on 9th Nov for a software issue in my mobile. My mobile is redmi 1s and its been more than one year that i bought my mobile so I don't have warranty for my mobile. Those people working at the centre got my mobile and went inside a room, then they made me wait for two hours and finnaly he came and said that the mother board might have got defected, he wasnot even sure what the actual problem is! He couldn't find out too. I dont know whether he really checked my mobile or not. He said it would cost 4.5k for a new mother board. Then they asked me to Rs.285 as a service charge and they gave me a bill for the paid amount. But they didn't give me the bill about the service they did. They said they would send that to my mail but still they haven't sent it. Yesterday I took my mobile to my friend's house where he solved the issue in my mobile within 10 minutes. What he did was just connected the mobile to the pc and went to 'device manager' and right clicked the mobile and gave search online updates and downloaded and installed it. Now my mobile is working very good with miui7! Those people at the service centre doesn't know even how to work. They wasted my day and even charged me Rs.285. They gave me stress and irritated me with such worst service. Please take severe action on them and appoint good service men asap.
