I had unfortunately purchased tvs jupiter on the 28th of feb 2017, on emi for 18months. The nightmare which followed is unimaginable with extremely poor follow up. Had to literally pursue and repeatedly call to ask for any detail required. The latest which has happened is the dishonour of your insurance cheque which has made my existing insurance null and void. It becomes your duty to correct this disastrous fault.
