Hello,
I purchased a TVS iQube with a mileage of 75 km in October 2021.in August 2024, I encountered a battery issue and subsequently visited the Parvati service center in Pune. They assured me that my vehicle was still under warranty and that the battery would be replaced. However, after several follow-ups, I was informed that the battery was in transit from the manufacturing company and was expected to arrive in October. As of now, I have yet to receive the replacement. Upon further inquiry, the head of the Parvati service center stated that TVS has ceased the production of the 75 km mileage vehicles. Consequently, I was advised to surrender my vehicle in exchange for a compensation of Rs. 50, 000 from TVS and Rs. 4, 000 from the government. Given the limited usage of my vehicle, the proposed compensation seems inadequate. I would appreciate clarification on whether the company has indeed halted the manufacturing of the 75 km mileage TVS iQube, as I continue to see these vehicles available for sale in the market. If these are merely old stock, it would be prudent for the company to cease the sale of the 75 km mileage iQube. I kindly request a justification regarding this matter and urge you to expedite the replacement of my vehicle's battery. Please inform me whether I am required to surrender my vehicle or if the battery will be replaced.
I would like to bring to your attention that my complaint regarding the TVS iQube - MH12 TQ 1116 has been ongoing for an extended period. Your team has proposed to replace my iQube battery from a 75 to a 100 average, for which they are charging me Rs. 35, 000. However, this replacement comes without any warranty or guarantee, and I find it unacceptable to proceed without such assurances. I kindly request that you explore a solution to address my issue promptly, as the delay on your part has caused me to miss other offers from TVS iQube. Additionally, I am concerned that I have now exceeded the warranty period for my vehicle due to this prolonged process. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the need to follow up on this complaint, to the point where I am considering surrendering my vehicle for scrap. According to your offer, I would like you to take over my vehicle as scrap and refund me the amount of Rs. 54, 000, or alternatively, replace the battery with a three-year warranty. I would appreciate your prompt response to this matter.
Please resolve my issue somehow. I need to submit in scrab and need refund of amount Rs. 54000/- As in this issue I missed my warranty period also.
