I purchased a TVS iQube with a mileage of 75 km in October 2021.in August 2024, I encountered a battery issue and subsequently visited the Parvati service center in Pune. They assured me that my vehicle was still under warranty and that the battery would be replaced. However, after several follow-ups, I was informed that the battery was in transit from the manufacturing company and was expected to arrive in October....
