I am feeling very much disappointed to write you, I have purchased TV S n torq on 27 June 2022 from KK TVS najafgarh new Delhi 110043 after some time I faced some noise issue and some other issues like stopping etc. as we approached to workshop somehow other problems were sort out after two to three visits but for noise they told me that there is some problem in silencer and it is not in stock and will took some time so I visited many times personally to the workshop finally they arranged in about one month and then scooty was given to sort out the problem and fixing of new silencer but when we reached in workshop in evening to return back my scooty they told me that one of the part is not in stock and hence new silencer has not been fixed and asked us to wait some more days now after more than one week and many reminders they told us that now parts and silencer is available then we have given scooty on 13 April and today I got call from workshop that the issue of noise has not been resolved after fixing silencer and we have to again wait for next some days to sought out the problem and scooty will be given after that as they have scarcity of manpower/ mechanic.
Now issues is that why your mechanic is not able to diagnose the actual cause in so many days and now why are such undue harassment and delaying are there. Company do not provide the training to mechanics??? we are facing lots of problems without scooty. Was this information helpful? |
