I have purchase tvs ntorq scooty in march 2018. After 1 year there is some issue about battery so i went to the service center of belapur name tvs ratan auto authorised service center then they said that having issue of magnetic coil so i am ready to replace the magnetic coil in 15 feb 2020. But the part is not available in that service center. My vehicle is standing in their workshop since last last 7 months and now also they are giving same reason that the part is not available in their store. Give me the perfect reason why the part is not available and its my humble request to solve the issue as soon as possible.
