Hi Team - I hope you doing fine, I had good impression on TVS until March 10. However, on March 11th everything has changed.
I have purchased TVS Jupiter (Basic model) on March 10th, 2022 at 12:00 PM IST for my new startup business. I was also planning to get additional vehicles during business expansion. (Purchased at Anjali Motors, Somajiguda Hyderabad.)
After purchasing the vehicle, it was identified that there some issues with handle. We took the vehicle for inspection at TVS Service Center at Attapur, Hyderabad. (Same Date 10th March, between 06 to 07 PM IST).
Comments form Sr. Mechanic from Attapur. "There is issues with Vehicle Fark and front body cover needs to be removed to fix it". This is my first day experiences after getting the vehicle. Later, They kicked multiple time on front tyre to make some adjustments.
11th March, We took vehicle back to Anjali Motor demanding to exchange the Vehicle based on reviews received from TVS Service Center, Attapur.
However, Dealer denied to exchange and advised us to take the vehicle to another branch which is located in Ameerpet to it verified. So, we took the vehicle to Ammerpet Branch and Sr. Tech at Ameerpet stated there are no issues and promised a callback from someone responsible. No one got back to me till now.
Dealer was reackless, that my family (Mother) was waiting at TVS Showroom for more than 2 hours all alone. None of Staff even have bother to ask glass of water.
At last, After we arrived to showroom, everyone when infront o[censored]s headed to have lunch. none of them waited or spared 5 mins to hand us over TR Papers which was pending from Dealer. Myself and Mother was waiting for the process to lunch to be completed and we will were with empty stomach. I felt I was standing in Govt Office.
My Question to TVS.
When I have paid PDI Charges 1400, I was expecting vehicle to arrive in perfect condition, Dealer was not ready to wave of the charges and was very argent, because of some at TVS who dint do his job properly, we had to through many issues and dealer was acting as if there is nothing that he can do for us. I NEED THAT 1400 TO REEMBUSED. 1400 is not big amount, I hope dealer will learn lesson who to treat to there customers.
Why do we have so many discrepancies between dealer to dealer. Customer are going and purchasing vehicles because of brand and because of such wonderful experiences. I never gone buy TVS Again in my LIFE and i will recommand anyone to purchase it either. I hope this is one of the main reason that TVS 2 Wheeler sales are going down day by day.
